Grand Secretary Announces forthcoming Retirement |

| At the meeting of the Quarterly Communication of Mark Grand Lodge held on Tuesday 13th September the Pro Grand Master, Most Worshipful Brother Richard Victor Wallis, announced that it was my intention to stand down as Grand Secretary at the Investiture meeting to be held on 13th June 2017. |
| As I approach my seventieth birthday in February next year I feel the time is right to hand the reigns of Mark Masons’ Hall to my Deputy, Very Worshipful Brother Ryan Williams, PGJO, and he will be invested as such in June and will then assume the equivalent role in the other Orders administered from Mark Masons’ Hall, on that day. |
| I have been pleased and honoured to have served the Mark Degree and all of the Orders administered by Mark Masons’ Hall for the last seven years latterly as Grand Secretary or the equivalent. |
| I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and cooperation during this time, and look forward to maintaining my friendship with you all in the coming years. |
